In the preparation of the Hung King Temple Festival and the 1000th anniversary of the Thang Long - Ha Noi Festival in 2010, with the approval of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Historical Relic of Hung King Temple, the Phu Tho Association of Literature and Arts plans to organise the second Camp of International Sculpture at the Hung King Temple late in 2009 with the topic "Reversion to the original point".
